Conditions: Beautiful day for a run. Low humidity, clear, just perfect.
Issues: HR up a bit, for some reason. Must not be drinking enough. Got about 3 bugs per km, I think, as well. Extra protein. Shins a little sore, back of knees have been a bit tight.
Training update: First scheduled run of the month, so I'm golden!
General Notes: Feeling pretty good about where things are at. Registered for the Stony Plain 10k (chasing down Jackie) today. |
