6Aug-21 2017 KDG 10kmGym M-S Run: 5k
Row: 5k mostly fairly easy. Damper on 6. Glute area was protesting after 1.5k (unpadded shorts). Was able to keep it sustainable (still on ~2:15 average) by reducing force, varied effort and some position changes which are possible when rowing at a low effort.
A few weights.

Partly cloudy, but slightly humid in the sun.
Felt better than I did on Tuesday's run. My right glute is still quite sore before/during and after the run.

Was muggy out due to the overnights rain.
Hips were sore when I got up out of bed. I thought a run would help...it didn't! Slogged through the run welcoming a break at intersections to allow for the traffic.

Not a good run.

The run was OK, but my right glute was sore for about 4-5km. Later, especially near the finish, my right knee made running difficult. I believe it was my IT band. I foam rolled at home but by then the pain was gone. Although my right hip is still quite sore and I am limping when I walk.
