Run I was a little exhausted in this run after doing circuit training class yesterday morning and a walk in the afternoon. Further both my knees were a little sore and I could not shake it off. Oh well, still got out for a workout.

Run Tried to run at first, but legs, hips and knees were very tight and sore from yesterday's hill repeat training and the weight class later on in the afternoon. So ended up mostly walking with Audra, however I went a little further and turned back and had to do a touch of running to catch back up with her.
