Run A little more walking then running and I blame it on what I was listening to on Spotify. Normally Conan O'Brien needs a friend is comical and fun, but the interview with Goldie Hawn was a much more serious and interesting fare. As I did not want to miss too much, I spent more time focusing on listening rather than concentrating on my run. After run had social visits with three groups, including Jan V who was proudly wearing her Boston Marathon 5 K Community Run Medal, Boston Marathon Medal and now her Abbott 6 Star Medal.

10-Sep-17 0:00 MonCross Training / Bike 3:03:2366.4km2:4621.7To Stittsville Main and Back29Via TC trail. On pathway bike (Giant Escape 3) rented for $25. At no extra charge, helmet, seat bag w/ full repair kit, handlebar bag because my wallet would not fit in the compact seat bag, and putting on SPD pedals. The wheels were very skinny and straight but didn't much like the upright fit and bars likely set too low. Cranks felt short. The cranks were grinding when applying higher forces. Top gear too low for a pathway bike. The grips were sticky. Consumed about 1.2L water using a refill at Stittsville fountain. Feeling more fatigued about 3/4 through, guessing mostly due to dehydration.0 0infoTemperature:29
