Landing
Run A little more walking then running and I blame it on what I was listening to on Spotify. Normally Conan O'Brien needs a friend is comical and fun, but the interview with Goldie Hawn was a much more serious and interesting fare. As I did not want to miss too much, I spent more time focusing on listening rather than concentrating on my run. After run had social visits with three groups, including Jan V who was proudly wearing her Boston Marathon 5 K Community Run Medal, Boston Marathon Medal and now her Abbott 6 Star Medal.

This would be easier running with a pack of run bros. I only had barbell bros to look at so switching off things in the right way was key. Comfort was sometimes achieved but catastrophic inefficiency threatened. Stride was perhaps slightly heavy and sometimes a bit too bouncy, probably difficult to avoid with the shoe/tm combination.

This took a bit of grunt in the legs but nothing too crazy. The stick legs might have been slightly tight from weights but only slightly. Wasn't sure of the parameters here and was thinking 0.5/0.5 but after doing 0.5 at the pace it seemed (correctly) that would be richer than I wanted so revised to 0.75/0.25. Thought I might even step this back after a couple of miles or go to a completely different workout but turned out to be on top of it enough.
