Issues: mental therapy run. took dogs as they need exercise otherwise everything in my house will be destroyed. Glute behaved. Running in the rain didn't even bother me.

GL QueenI felt fully recovered but barely made it to 2km trying to run. Completely at square 1 with my hip.
Tried a few minutes on the elliptical to try and loosen up.
Finished with strength - upper body and abs.

Real trouble walking now. Feel like throwing in the towel. This is tiresome.

GL QueenTrying the elliptical. Felt fine while in motion.
Small strength workout; easing back into things:
3x12 push ups
3x20 ball crunches
bicep curls, deltoid press
roman chair sets
wall squats against ball
Tried standing on the bosu on my right foot. No stability at all. Made circles with my right ankle while sitting to test range of motion since Duane says I barely move past neutral.
Stretched a bit, went on the cross ramp for another 10 minutes and... done.

Stretched

Couldn't walk past the rm... I started in my shoes then dropped them and did most of the run in my socks. The first few steps were bizarre but then it felt amazing.

Have no clue what possessed me to try that but it felt nice.
