745Powder Face Hike6Hike with Tracey, Audra and Wilma to Powder Face Hike trail. Brought new poles and spikes. When I started to use the spikes at the time needed, I found that I ended up getting a very sharp pain in my right knee. It did not go away until I took the spikes off. Later I had to put the spikes on and my knee seemed okay. When we finished the hike and took off my spikes and walking back to the car, my knee became seriously painful again. It was painful all the way back to Calgary and when I got home I could not even go upstairs unaided. I had to have Wilma's assistance and then rubbed on some medicated surface pain relief.0 0infoTemperature:6
