Around 7 km Shauna and Mandy turned back. The rest of the run was to Talisman and beyond. The stops in Talisman resulted in my knees seizing up a bit and getting a little tight and painful. Did a lot of walking on the way back to Glenmore. However my knees started feeling not too bad, started doing some running when Michelle wasn't looking.
