Run Was supposed to be a 9 km easy run, but we added in a bit including going down to bottom of Weaslehead Hill. Very icy and slipper around that part. Due to hike and run yesterday I was feeling fatigued and had to walk a few times. Cal, Liz and Don would walk then as well.

M-S Hiked with Mandy and Mike, Tracy, Audra and Wilma. Audra picked us up. We did not make it all the way to the lake as I had a 5:30 race at Eau Claire to get to.

Middle of the night I woke up with severe tickling of throat. Took Reactine, but not too much effect. Throughout the day I started feeling the effects of a cold and by the time I got to North Hill I was sneezing and sniffling. During Zumba, I was very fatigued and could not put out much effort.
