Run Started running with the lady running group towards Oscar, but the trails were very icy and treacherous, that Peter K and I turned around at the top of the first hill and ran towards Rockyview Hospital. At this point I ended up having a walk instead of a run. I turned around at the Causeway Hill and got back just shortly before Cal's running group finished.
Afterwards went to Good Earth for social and I provided a whole stack of cookies for all.

Run Salvation Army Santa Clause Shuffle held at The Confluence (formerly Fort Calgary). The pathway had a mixture of very icy and snow free pathway areas. I took it a little easy after getting to the half way point as I was taking pictures of the Social Running Club.

This was a hard class to do due to being run over by a quad trailer while volunteering earlier today. I think the sitting around at home after volunteering and prior to going to workout maybe caused my legs to be a little more stiffer and painful. As a result I reduced a lot of my weights for the class.

Once that was completed I continued to volunteer by walking all the bundled crosses from the field to the semi-trailor for loading.
While waiting at the table to take one of the bundles, I was clipped and had the 4x4 trailer knock me down and run over my leg. Thankfully, the wheel was soft enough and there wasn't a lot of weight on the trailer, I narrowly avoided having a broken leg. My shoe shows the worse of the damage.
