Run Due to Joel's vacation to Florida, I did Run Club Announcements this evening.
After the announcements were completed, I started out walking with Grant Brydle to the pathway split at the Yacht Club, but I went left and he went right. I tried to do some running, but I found that the jarring was too hard on my knees.

This HIIT was interesting because Crescent changed the stations around completely to make sure no one was getting complacent due to familiarity of the activities that seemed to always be in the same location. I must say I was pretty exhausted when it was done.
