Was going to run with Daryn and gang, but found out Kerrie, Peter, Julie, Lil, Sheila and Barb were doing 29 going past Repsol and back, so I decided to go with them for the long run. Didn't have any water or snacks, but Julie had some water in her bottle that was frozen but I was able to get a droplet out or two. My achilles tendon didn't bother me as much as I thought it would.
