Run Went to Running Room Run Club early with Cam as I thought him and Audra were going to do the Abbott 1 Mile Time Trial before Run Club. Ended up doing a walk with a lady named Marcia, It was a good walk filled with great conversation despite the cold, wet snow rain mix that was dampening everyone's mood.

From the bridge, down Lions Valley, back up and east to Neyagawa. Turn around and do the hill again. At the bottom, ran through the park up to the creek.

The top of my right foot and its heel were quite sore to start. It got better as the run progressed but my right hip was really aching and it slowed my pace considerably.

From Dundurn Castle, ran to Valley Inn Rd and down the hill. HARD up the hill to York and left to the bridge. Down the stairs and turn left along the path to Longwood Rd and up the hill HARD. Ran back down the hill to the stairs. Hard up the stairs and back to the cars (8km).

Turn around and repeat.
