Foot was OK but hips started aching around 6km.
Attached map is for 16 km, but I did the 2 loops on the trails and headed back along Devon and then up Maple Grove.

No foot pain,but my legs are definitely not used to this running thing again. Quads are sore.

A little humid out. Legs felt really heavy to start but lightened up. Right foot taped from yesterday's physio app't and no problems what so ever. Had to remind myself to slow down. I was harder coming back up Proudfoot. Took a walk break just before 4k.
