Having said that, I am now pretty sure that I will not be anywhere close to being ready for the ORW Half in a month's time and likely to be DNS'ng the entire race weekend altogether now? 🙀🤔😢

Goal now is to continue my progress and focus on getting back healthy for the Army Run in September... 😛
