Run Started off with a bit of a run, but overall my run was mostly a walk as I was so sore from doing so much working out over the past week and a half or so. Ran with Audra who was able to walk my speed with Hank. Near the end of the walk it took both of us to hold back Hank due to the large number of deer in the area.
Completed - 33 hours, 56 minutes of 30 hour Strava Activity Challenge

Stayed with them until about 18 km when I could not hold the pace as I was having the start of some knee and shin pain. Ended up doing a lot of walking and taking a couple of naproxen to alleviate the pain. I was then able, in about the last 5 km of the marathon. to start doing some run/walks to the finish line. However, my Garmin showed that I had ran the 42.2 but the course was showing only at the 40 km mark. A little demoralizing as I was approaching the final bits of the marathon. But at the finish line all was fine when I received my London Marathon Medal and most importantly, my Abbott Six Star medal for completing all 6 major marathons!0 138infoTemperature:18
