Run Went to Running Room Run Club early with Cam as I thought him and Audra were going to do the Abbott 1 Mile Time Trial before Run Club. Ended up doing a walk with a lady named Marcia, It was a good walk filled with great conversation despite the cold, wet snow rain mix that was dampening everyone's mood.

It was a hot morning with high humidity. It started off at 21deg C feeling like 30 and got hotter.
After 15km I started slowing down as my legs/hips/knees had, had enough.

Doing 4 sets of stairs up the escarpment. The weather was great at 19 deg C at the start, but warmed up quickly when you were in the sun.

My knees took a pounding on the stairs but were OK on the flats. Hips were achy by the end of the run.
